I live down in wexford and i got the confirming email while I was in college that my package was delivered safely to my house. I then get a message off a man in Dublin saying my package was delivered to his house.
Ive tried contacting Fastway through phone call and emails and have heard nothing back. I had to retrieve the package myself and drive all the way to Dublin to get it.

Cannot collect my parcel because they didn't send me the code and never replied to my emails
Avoid Fastway, no way to get a response from them
Disappointing
I try to avoid companies that work with them, but in this case it was a company overseas and they didn't specify it. Worse company ever!
I asked for the parcel to be delivered to a aplegreen station to avoid that they drop the parcel wherever and gets lost.
They need to send me a code to pick it up.
No code was received, they don't reply to emails, no phone number... I am afraid I will never be able to get my parcel...

I waited at my house off work for this package as it's a gift. No one came to my door, and then I saw a notification saying I rejected the package.
That never happened, and I paid good money for these things. Not to mention Fastway Limerick does not even provide a phone number - so now I've spent over 50 on ASOS with nothing to show for it.

Using sub contractors, the delivery of parcels is frequently unannounced and the goods left on the door step or wall in full view. I mention the use of sub contractors as I would sometimes see private vehicles being used.
I should note that the main franchised operator who drives the Fastaway van is above reproach in this matter.
Yesterday, a parcel appears to have been 'thrown' down my driveway, based on the damage to the packaging, from the delivery vehicles door/window and based on its location in the driveway. The packaging sustained substantial damage and I only discovered it by accident at 20.30hrs when I went outside.
All this has been documented.
I cannot contact Fastaway couriers by any means, I assume one must have to have an account, which is enormously frustrating as Fastaway used to have a contact phone number for the local distributor - I've had delivery problems in the past, which were resolved to an acceptable degree. The listed phone number for Fastaway is not in service but instead brings me to this site - Pissed consumer.
It is reasonably easy to see the extent of the damage to the packaging of my parcel in the attached photos.

Would never use them again
Can't get in contact with anyone through email or phone. They have my order since the 11th of September and it's still not delivered.
Anytime I check the tracking they just have next day delivery on it.
I am pissed off with this courier service as the stuff I am waiting for are for my daughter's birthday. I would never use this service again.

I never got my parcel. It says it got delivered to my house but its not here and it said the parcel was signed by someone, even though I wasn't at my house. Fastway if you see this review please answer my emails because I need this parcel urgently for my vacation and it has my wife's clothes I ordered in it.

Awful
I ordered items on 3/9 from MnM Direct. Since 4/9 they have been at the fastway depot. Repeated attempts at contacting them.
There is nothing Fast about "fast"way couriers.
Where are my items?

No Delivery Received - No working customer service option.
Twice the online tracking stated Courier unable to gain access to premises.
Eircode, Address, Name and contact number given.
Address is a business address with a manned 24hour gate access.
When trying to contact Fastway it seems contacting the Pope would be easier.
Shocking service or should I say lack of.
Will never ever use them again and will advise anyone I speak to to never use them.Stay Away
